  2. 2010 Luxehills Chengdu Open
  3. 2010 Thailand Open
  4. 2010 Order of Merit Champion

Liang Wenchong became OneAsia’s first Chinese champion when he shot four rounds in the 60s to win the 2009 Midea China Classic.

He is the world's highest-ranked Chinese player and has become OneAsia's most successful player with three championship titles to his name, after taking home the Luxehills Chengdu Open and the Thailand Open in 2010.

Liang had a frenzied globetrotting season, playing in Europe, the United States, as well as all over Asia with seven top ten finishes on the PGA Tour, Japan Tour and OneAsia. He finished eighth in an elite field at the US PGA Championship after shooting a course record eight-under-par 64 in the third round at the Whistling Straits.

Liang also enjoyed strong placings for the  rest of the season with Midea China Classic (8T), Australian Open (24T), Australian PGA Championship (12T), and finished runner-up to New Zealand's Michael Hendry at the Indonesia Open presented by Enjoy Jakarta.

From the countryside of China's Guangdong province, Liang was the son of a peasant farmer with no knowledge of the game. He turned pro in 1999, a year after winning a third straight China Amateur Open.

He also won a host of domestic events before making his breakthrough in 2007, when he took home the champion's cup for the European Tour co-sanctioned Singapore Masters, topped the Asian Tour Order of Merit and competed in the PGA Championship.

Liang was the first-ever Chinese pro to win the Asian Tour Order of Merit and make the cut in a Major, and only the second to win a European Tour event after his mentor Zhang Lianwei.

OneAsia's three-event minimum placed Liang at the top of the money list at the end of the 2010 season after his inspiring six-event run, which earned him a whopping US$560,737, crowning him Order of Merit champion.
